Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze business objectives, operational procedures, user requirements, and system problems to identify alternative solutions and opportunities for process improvement or automation.
- Develop detailed requirements and functional specifications describing user needs, system functions, data inputs and outputs, reporting requirements, and program modifications.
- Evaluate solution alternatives through cost-benefit analysis while considering technology trends, emerging technologies, architectural principles, and organizational requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements analysis, process improvement, solution evaluation, technical documentation, and enterprise technology environments.
