Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner with strong Sabre GDS experience and deep knowledge of the Travel Domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product backlog, collaborating with business and technology teams, and driving the successful delivery of travel technology solutions.

This role requires expertise in Sabre SOAP/REST APIs, Agile product ownership, stakeholder management, and travel industry processes including booking flows, loyalty programs, and recommendation engines.

  • 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience
  • Strong experience managing products with multiple dependencies
  • Expertise in:

  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Travel Domain Expertise

  • Strong experience in Travel Technology

Product Backlog Management

  • Own and manage product backlog including:

    • Enhancements

  • Prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, and dependencies

Agile Delivery

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies:
    • Sprint Planning
    • Daily Stand-ups
    • Sprint Reviews
    • Retrospectives
  • Define sprint goals and ensure delivery alignment
  • Partner with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners
  • Create executive presentations, product updates, and roadmap communications
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly narratives

Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with architects and engineering teams to:
    • Define solution approaches
    • Evaluate technical trade-offs
    • Support API integrations
    • Drive product decisions
  • Participate in business requirements gathering, testing support, and system configuration activities



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • Sabre Hospitality Solutions
    • Airline Distribution Systems
    • Loyalty Platforms
    • Recommendation Engines
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern APIs
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale travel technology products
  • CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification preferred
