Summary
**LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY* The role is hybrid and expect to work primarily in San Jose, Cupertino, and San Carlos. The travel requirement will be 80% of time to work.

Responsibilities
- Engage with field technicians and material leads daily to develop and implement workflows around gas and electric meter check-in and check-out processes. Work with the software vendor to make changes to the App based on technician feedback and changing workflows.
- Ensure RFID readers, antennas and RFID handheld readers are in good working order and coordinate with internal and external partners for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work with metering OEMs to ship new meters with RFID labels and lead the existing meter tagging effort in the 3 yards.
- Be main point of contact for RFP related activities and yard expansion to San Carlos.
- Take ownership of team s aggressive and expansive milestones and consistently help the team excel in tasks outlined in crawl, walk, and run phases of the project.
- Safety: Maintain an absolute commitment to the safety of self and co-workers. Actively look for and resolve unsafe situations. Promote safety awareness and education among team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical and technical ability
- Excel, PowerBI, and other reporting skills
- Ability to manage time-sensitive priorities
- Track record of meeting and/or exceeding business commitments and experience in change management
- Strong initiative, teamwork, accountability for results, customer focus, and sound judgment
- Project management or engineering experience
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional License
- 5 years post-graduate engineering or project management experience
- Operations experience and new technology deployment experience
