Job Summary (Short JD):
We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead – Azure Databricks to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-based data solutions. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build high-quality data pipelines and platforms on Azure.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and developers
• Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Azure Databricks & Spark
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Drive end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder communication

 Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Spark, Python/Scala/SQL
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, ETL, and data modeling
• Proven technical leadership and multi-project management

Preferred Skills:

• Azure DevOps (CI/CD), ML exposure, data governance knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Azure/data engineering certifications are a plus
