Role Overview
Our organization is hiring a Senior Targeting Analyst to support a client's mission in Fort Meade, MD. This role involves developing targets and target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal engagements. The analyst will be integral to providing intelligence support for planning and operations within a dynamic environment, adhering to the highest standards of analytic tradecraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops targets, creates database records, and produces target intelligence products.
- Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and assists with combat assessment requirements.
- Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
- Assists with joint target intelligence support to dynamic targeting and contributes to long-range planning.
- Produces joint target materials, including Target System Analysis (TSA), Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), target graphics, and Battle Damage Assessments (BDA).
- Uses a wide range of all-source intelligence research and analytic tools and techniques to conduct target systems analysis and development.
- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, and investigations.
- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, and forecast national security issues.
- Develops and presents intelligence slides and in-depth briefings related to the area of responsibility.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience related to Targeting Analysis, with a portion of the experience within the last two years.
Education: A completed Bachelor's degree is required.
Technical Skills: Experience with intelligence production tools and databases, such as Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, Cyber Common Operating Picture (CyberCOP), Target Knowledge Base, and Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT).
