Senior UX Generalist

Role: Senior UX Generalist
Location: Spring Texas (100% On-Site)
Duration: Long Term Contract

ONSITE ONLY - We are hoping for an in-office worker (not hybrid or remote) who enjoys face-to-face collaboration with customers and the dozens of other designers on our team that collaborate together in the office every day.
 
Responsibilities:
Senior UX Generalist, who will play a crucial role in the design and development of internal products. Responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. This role will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research (in a group setting) to understand user needs, process steps, behaviors, and pain points

·         Translate insights into clear recommendations and design direction

·         Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals

·         Create journey maps/process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas

· Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products

·Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs

·Act as a partner to the business, fostering positive stakeholder relationships evangelizing UX efforts

·         Basic wireframing & prototyping skills required, advanced skills strongly preferred
