Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer

Location:  Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months contract

Experience: 10+ Years

Requirements

·         Develop highly scalable applications in Core Python.

·         Hands-on with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

·         Experience working on SQL with ability to run various data analytics tasks and queries.

·         Exposure to Java script technologies (preferably React)

·         Exposure to Azure Databricks environment is desirable (PySpark, notebooks, integrate repos, job workflows, delta lake, unity catalog etc)

·         Exposure to azure environment and various interconnected azure components (Functions, App Service, Containers etc.).

·         Knowledge on Financial domain and mainly Risk management is highly desirable

Qualifications

·         8+ years of prior experience as a developer in the required technologies

Role

·         Responsible for building, testing, and deploying scalable software solutions using Python.

·         This role works across back-end systems, APIs, and data-driven applications to support a variety of technical and business needs. 

Responsibilities 

·         Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and scripts using Python.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Integrate databases, third-party services, and APIs into applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

·         Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability. Participate in code reviews and support continuous integration and deployment processes.

Skills

·         Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks.

·         Experience with RESTful APIs, database integration, and version control systems.

·         Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

·         Familiarity with front-end technologies, cloud platforms, or DevOps tools is a plus.

·         Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently or in agile teams.
