Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of OT/ICS cybersecurity architectures, including network segmentation, secure remote access, and IT security integration
- Develop security reference architectures, blueprints, and roadmaps per NIST 800-82 and IEC 62443 standards
- Evaluate and deploy OT/ICS security technologies including Claroty, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, CrowdStrike, and BeyondTrust
- Conduct consequence-based risk assessments using Cyber PHA methodologies
- Lead vulnerability management with Claroty for OT asset identification and remediation
- Design OT/ICS security monitoring solutions using CrowdStrike and Splunk
- Develop incident response plans and integrate with ServiceNow workflows
- Create OT/ICS cybersecurity policies, standards, and training programs
- Serve as subject matter expert in client meetings and lead project teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Primary: OT/ICS Cybersecurity Architecture (Expert - 10+ years US experience)
- Core: OT/ICS Security Architecture & Design, Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Monitoring
- Secondary: Cisco, ServiceNow, Splunk, Crowdstrike Falcon Discover, TxOne
- Hands-on experience with Claroty (OT asset discovery), Palo Alto/Cradlepoint (firewalls), BeyondTrust (secure access)
- Deep knowledge of OT/ICS environments in energy, manufacturing, utilities
- Strong client engagement and leadership skills
- Regulatory compliance experience (NIST, IEC 62443)
