Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Infrastructure Delivery Architect to lead and operationalize Cloud Infrastructure Operations for one of our key enterprise clients. This leader will ensure the reliability, performance, and operational integrity of complex multi cloud environments, spanning cloud platforms, network infrastructure, IT operations, and security controls. The focus is on establishing a standardized, resilient operational framework that delivers consistent service availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with enterprise engineering and governance standards.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Azure and AWS foundations, network segmentation and zero trust models, ITSM workflows, SRE practices, full stack observability, automated CI/CD and patching pipelines, and advanced vulnerability/CVE remediation. This role will drive operational maturity, strengthen cloud governance, and ensure disciplined execution across incident/problem/change management, service reliability, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement of infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities
Network Operations & Reliability
Strengthen Network Operations (NOC) automation and monitoring.
Improve network observability and telemetry.
Automate network configuration and change workflows.
Observability & Automation
Build enterprise-wide observability for logs, metrics, and traces.
Implement automation using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation.
Automate patching, deployment, rollback, and configuration.
FinOps & Cost Optimization
Mature FinOps practices with automated budgeting, governance, and reporting.
Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture
Design and mature a standardized cloud foundation across Azure and AWS.
Implement network segmentation and zero-trust principles.
Lead cloud modernization and workload transformation.
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Enhance IM/PM/CM processes.
Implement automated change pipelines, including rollback mechanisms.
Security, Vulnerability & CVE Remediation
Integrate CVE remediation workflows using Tanium, Wiz, CrowdStrike, and Veracode.
Leverage Azure/AWS native security tools for continuous scanning.
Implement automated remediation and vulnerability closure.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in infrastructure and cloud architecture roles.
Advanced Azure and AWS expertise.
Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Preferred Hands-on experience with tools like Datadog, SolarWinds, Tanium, Wiz, CrowdStrike, Veracode, Ansible, Terraform.
Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Preferred Qualifications
AWS/Azure architect certifications.
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud security.
Background in highly regulated industries.
