Location: This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in:

Littleton CO

You will be working a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.

What does this role look like?

Provide flight production support for manufacturing of flight hardware at SEC

Key activities you will accomplish in this role:

Reviewing design requirements
Working with procurement on all the parts of the bill of materials (BOM)
Supporting manufacturing of all CCA's
Performing test checkout of all CCA's by creating test plans and performing board tests
Supporting program box integration and test
Supporting the program lifecycle, including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PSR, and launch.
Training and mentoring junior engineers as well as manage a suitable CPE delegate.
Support testing of EDU and flight units as well as system integration efforts in ATLO.

To be effective in this role, you will need:

Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Prior work designing and analyzing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA).
8+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Experience designing and/or analyzing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) &/or Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).

Desired skills

Previous or current technical leadership experience.
Demonstrated leadership or willingness to lead.
Demonstrated experience in PCB Design and Fabrication or Assembly.
Knowledge of CCA test requirements and processes.
Previous or current Certified Product Engineer (CPE) or equivalent responsible product engineer experience.
PSPICE, Saber, or other electronics simulation tool experience.
Technical experience in full life cycle development of hardware including design, integration, and test.
Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Should have previous experience with battery dominated EPS systems as well as RTGs
Should be familiar with EPS system integration workflow and troubleshooting efforts
Should be able to demonstrate strong technical leadership abilities to support ATLO integration team
Ideally would have previous experience with heritage PDDU or Raptor Product line

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $141,300 - $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
