Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
- Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.
Experience Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows OS PC's
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PC's.
- Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Competent in assisting employees daily to support Helpdesk tickets.
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems.
- Knowledge of creating images for the current Corporate Platform.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
