Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior CMDB & ServiceNow Integration Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing CMDB architecture, implementing data governance, optimizing platform performance, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and ETL platforms. Experience with Cicada ETL/Data Integration Platform is mandatory.
