Entra ID Engineer (Exp-10+ Years)-C2C-Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior Entra ID Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise identity solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID solutions for enterprise environments.
• Administer users, groups, roles, applications, service principals, and enterprise applications.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
• Design and maintain Identity Governance solutions including:
  • Access Reviews
  • Entitlement Management
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Lifecycle Workflows
• Manage application registrations and API permissions within Entra ID.
• Configure authentication and authorization for enterprise applications.
• Implement Hybrid Identity solutions integrating on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft Entra Connect / Cloud Sync and troubleshoot synchronization issues.
• Develop identity lifecycle management processes for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Implement least-privilege access and Zero Trust security principles.
• Monitor sign-in logs, audit logs, authentication failures, and identity-related security events.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, federation, and synchronization issues.
• Integrate Entra ID with enterprise applications and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Automation.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, procedures, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM / Active Directory / Identity Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
