With minimal supervision, this job builds and maintains digital trust with customers and stakeholders by developing the rapid development and testing of technology solutions that improve user experience and operational excellence.

Skills Required:

* Experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV) from an IT security integration perspective

* Ability to define control baselines for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios including Day 1 and transition states

* Ability to translate complex technical control requirements into business consumable guidance and training

* Experience developing playbooks, implementation standards, and executive level documentation

Outcomes to be delivered:

1. Defined MADJV security control baselines aligned to the Cargill Control Framework for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios.
2. Documented end to end MADJV security process including roles, responsibilities, decision gates, and required deliverables
3. Integrated MADJV control requirements into LaunchSecure workflows and supporting artifacts
4. Developed and delivered structured training and enablement materials for BISOs and key stakeholders
5. Formalized MADJV as a repeatable, productized security service
