Detailed Job Description (Pointers Format)

1. Lead Multi-Site Integrated Supply Operations
   Oversee sales, operations, and overall performance of multiple Integrated Supply customer sites, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational excellence standards.

2. Full P&L Ownership ($16M+ Portfolio)
   Manage Profit & Loss responsibilities for a portfolio exceeding $16 million in annual revenue; monitor margins, expenses, and profitability while implementing strategies to meet or exceed budgeted targets.

3. Team Leadership & Staff Management (7 Personnel)
   Directly manage 2 Site Managers and oversee a total team of 7 employees across multiple states. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, counseling, and enforcing company policies.

4. Drive Sales Growth & Profitability Goals
   Ensure achievement of assigned sales and profitability targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and supporting expansion initiatives within the metals manufacturing sector.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Relationship Management
   Maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers; manage escalations, ensure contractual compliance, deliver cost savings, and meet agreed KPIs while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.

6. Operational & Contractual Performance Oversight
   Ensure customer commitments such as inventory management, product standardization, cost control, and service levels are met; address staffing, financial, and operational issues escalated by Site Managers.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
   Utilize MS Teams and collaboration platforms to coordinate across departments; prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint and reporting tools to senior leadership and clients.

8. Data Analysis & ERP System Utilization
   Leverage advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for financial and operational reporting; utilize ERP systems such as Oracle, AS400, or Syteline to manage inventory, reporting, and site performance.

9. Travel & Continuous Improvement Initiatives
   Travel 10–25% domestically via air or automobile to support site operations, conduct performance reviews, strengthen customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the metals manufacturing business unit.
