Summary

ServiceNow Developer Implementation Technical Specialist Location: Dallas, TX/ New Jersey/ Washington, DC(Remote- 2 days onsite per month) Contract Role

We re looking for a talented Implementation Technical Specialist with 5 6 years of experience to drive the configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions that power enterprise digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows
Build and customize scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) using JavaScript
Implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, and SSO
Participate in Agile delivery sprint planning, estimations, and deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure platform governance, security, and performance best practices

What We re Looking For:
Strong experience in ServiceNow development & administration
Hands-on expertise with ITSM + additional modules (HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or GRC)
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow frameworks
Experience with end-to-end implementation and environment setup

Preferred Certifications:
CSA | Implementation Specialist | ITIL Foundation
