Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI & Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building interactive dashboards, semantic data models, and self-service analytics platforms while leveraging modern cloud-based data architectures. Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics and predictive insights is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Looker.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Build and optimize data models, semantic layers, and metrics definitions to support enterprise reporting needs.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and datasets within Google BigQuery.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement scalable analytics pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Create self-service analytics capabilities that enable business users to access trusted and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy across all analytics platforms.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business performance improvements.
  • Integrate AI/ML insights into reporting solutions, enabling predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making.
  • Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and data scientists to drive data-driven strategies.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards for senior leadership.
  • Document reporting standards, data dictionaries, and dashboard best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization.
  • Expert-level experience with Tableau.
  • Expert-level experience with Looker / Looker Studio.
  • Strong experience with Google BigQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
  • Experience designing enterprise reporting solutions and data models.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML, predictive analytics, and data science initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Vertex AI, AutoML, or other cloud-based machine learning platforms.
  • Experience working with Python for analytics and automation.
  • Familiarity with data orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow or dbt.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic business reporting.
