- 7 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Local to Orlando, FL
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with cross-functional development teams
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred
