Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead an upcoming Pricing initiative, with a strong background in Pricefx implementations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end pricing transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Pricefx implementation projects from initiation through go-live
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate with pricing, finance, sales, IT, and external vendors
• Manage project plans, risk registers, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates
• Ensure adherence to Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall project methodologies as applicable
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities related to Pricefx
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and blockers proactively
• Ensure quality delivery and alignment with pricing strategy and governance
• Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall Project Management experience
• Proven hands-on experience with Pricefx implementations (end-to-end)
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, price management, and revenue optimization
• Experience managing enterprise-scale initiatives
• Expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pricing, CPQ, or revenue management platforms
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifications
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
