•Work will primarily take place at the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Lounge, however, late nights, weekends and travel are occasionally required for events, [Luxury Sports Car Brand] regional meetings, to train dealers or support special car configurations at dealerships.
Role Summary: Brief summary which describes nature and level of work
The Ad Personam Specialist is responsible for all vehicle personalization at the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Lounge. Additionally, the role would require collaboration with the Product Marketing Specialist Sr. and Automobili [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Ad Personam dept. to ensure the Americas Region has optimal support for the personalization wishes of customers. They are also responsible for supporting the Manager of the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Lounge as a product specialist during any relevant product launches or events.
Role Responsibilities: List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%)
Ad Personam – 90% of time spent
•Acts as a representative and regional extension of [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Ad Personam to attendees of the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Lounge.
•Administers and facilitates the Ad Personam program during configuration sessions at [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Lounge.
•Promotes the Ad Personam program to ensure a good level of knowledge amongst regional dealers and customers.
•Promotes the availability of Ad Personam configuration sessions to ensure a steady stream of bookings are scheduled.
•On-call and ready to support customers and dealers in regard to the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Ad Personam (example: Option availability, feasibility questions, paint and leather matches, etc.)
•Builds strong relationships with configuration attendees of the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Lounge in an effort to shape positive perception of the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] brand.
•Manages Ad Personam booking platform to ensure dealers can easily and accurately understand lounge availability.
•Supports the Product Marketing Specialist Sr. with the coordination of New Product Launches in agreement with Sales, Marketing and PR department.
•Supports the Fleet Manager and Product Marketing Specialist Sr. with the configuration and submission of PR and Marketing fleet vehicles.
•Integration with dealerships and regional Sales Operations team to monitor and support vehicle submissions.
•Integration with Commercial & Ad Personam teams at HQ, regional teams, and retailer network on product customization decisions as well as liaising with HQ about offer perception and suggest improvements to support future product strategy.
Event Support – 10% of time spent
•Supports the Manager of the [Luxury Sports Car Brand] Lounge with events at the lounge (when applicable).
•Supports the configuration of vehicles at regional events (ex. Monterey Car Week)
