About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer / Applied AI Developer with strong hands-on development experience and a passion for building AI-powered proof-of-concepts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, research-driven environment and enjoys experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies.

You will work on developing innovative AI solutions, rapid prototypes, and integrating large language models into practical business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered proof-of-concepts and prototypes
• Implement and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) solutions
• Perform prompt engineering and implement function calling in LLMs
• Integrate APIs and handle structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate using Git in a team-based development environment
• Contribute to AI research initiatives and rapidly test new capabilities

Required Skills

• Java Advanced proficiency
• Python Intermediate to advanced proficiency
• Experience building rapid working prototypes / POCs
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Experience with prompt engineering and function calling
• API integration experience
• Experience handling structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience building Agentic AI solutions
• Conversational AI chatbots or summarization tools
• Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM frameworks
• Experience with Streamlit, FastAPI, or Flask for demo/UI development
• Exposure to ML frameworks or AI cloud services
