Job Title: Technical Project Manager (.NET / Microsoft Stack Ex-Developer)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET and Microsoft technologies, who has progressed from a hands-on development role into project management. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong delivery management skills to lead end-to-end software projects, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based application development projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage resources effectively
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
Technical Leadership
- Utilize prior experience in .NET / Microsoft technologies to guide technical decisions
- Collaborate with architects and developers on system design and architecture
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and scalability
- Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with business and system requirements
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Mentor development teams and promote engineering best practices
- Remove blockers and improve team productivity and delivery velocity
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, UX)
Quality & Release Management
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
- Support QA, UAT, and production releases
- Oversee release planning and deployment activities
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8 12+ years of IT experience, including:
- 4 6 years as a .NET Developer
- 3 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master / Delivery Lead
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level Microsoft-based applications
