Backfill Position - This candidate MUST be willing to commit to remaining on assignment, at minimum, through the end of the year.
Requirements -Bachelor's degree -3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field is required.
Big brand/agency experience - Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured data is required.
Experience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools, such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint etc. is required.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights required.
Proven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamwork required.
Experience in the use of next best action, customer lifetime value or churn prediction models preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and Python as well as Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI is preferred.
Must be a relationship builder.
Requires intellectual curiosity, problem solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive oral and written communications and project management skills.
