Senior SAP TM Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to lead SAP TM implementations, support client engagements, and optimize transportation and logistics solutions. The role involves solution design, configuration, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful delivery across project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP TM modules including Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection & Tendering, Freight Execution & Tracking, and Charge Management & Settlement

• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend SAP TM best-practice solutions

• Conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, and provide functional training and guidance

• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA and third-party systems

• Maintain project documentation, support testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist during cutover and post go-live phases

• Coordinate with stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring junior consultants and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

• SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Advanced (6 9 years experience)

• SAP Implementation & Configuration Advanced

• Business Process Analysis & Solution Design Advanced

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Client Engagement Advanced

Additional Skills:

• SAP EWM Intermediate (3 5 years experience)

• Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD, or third-party logistics systems Advanced

• Knowledge of transportation industry processes (Freight, Logistics, 3PL/4PL) Advanced

• SAP Certifications in TM or Supply Chain modules Preferred

• Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery models Preferred
