IT Asset Coordinator

Seeking IT Asset Coordinator for tracking, updating, and movement of IT desktop and network assets. Duration: contract position through: 06/30/2026
Work location: Columbus, OH (onsite)

Specific duties:
-Updating metadata
-Add newly acquired assets to the system.
-Reassign assets, based on ServiceNow incident tickets.
-Coordinate & organize the disposal of outdated computer & networking equipment.
-Organize & maintain the working area.
-Append asset tags to newly acquired equipment.
-Reporting from the asset management system to aid in biennium reconciliation.
-Mobile AV support
-Unpackaging & movement of equipment.
-Follow quality standards.
-Analytical & customer service skills.
-Communicate accurate and useful status updates.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
-Complete assigned tasks.
-Strong communication skills; both written & verbal

-Decommissioning outdated computer & networking equipment-required: 4yrs
