Front End Developer

Top Requirement

• 7 - 9 years hands-on experience as front-end software engineer using modern JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular.
• TypeScript & JavaScript Proficiency – Deep experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS/SCSS.
• Micro Front-End & Mono-Repo Experience – Experience developing micro front-end applications and managing shared libraries with Mono-repo concepts.
• Transforming Designs to Code – Skilled in translating Figma (or equivalent) designs into functional components.
• REST API Integration – Ability to integrate front-end components with REST APIs.
• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Notes: A candidate who already has experience in enterprise Angular apps, micro-frontends, UX-driven design implementation, AWS/CI-CD exposure, mentoring, and financial/retail domain knowledge will stand out

Fidelity Investments is looking for a front-end software engineer, who is passionate about their craft and designing clean solutions to help our financial professional users make intelligent decisions.

The Expertise We Are Looking For

• 7 - 9 years hands-on experience as front-end software engineer using modern JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or related fields).
• Experience developing micro Front End and strong familiarity with Mono-repo concepts, managing shared libraries and integration with Rest API.
• Experience on Angular, Typescript, NodeJs, HTML, CSS/CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, AgGrid, Highcharts, Bootstrap, momentjs, socket, NPM, VS Code.
• Experience with GIT, Jira, Jenkins CI/CD (or similar Build Tooling, e.g., Circle CI, GitHub), Nodejs.
• Experienced in transforming Figma (or equivalent) designs to working functional components - working with UX design systems.
• Knowledge on NX Workspaces or other Mono-repo framework.
• Knowledge on Web Components, Component Architecture.
• AWS Cloud experience is a plus.
