Required:

·       Work with vulnerability management and patch operations teams to automate daily and ad hoc activities using Tines

·       Experience using Tines or other no code/low code automation platforms and working with platform APIs to automate workflows

·       Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support security operations

·       Troubleshoot common security toolsets and provide support to internal business units

·       Assist with platform incident response activities as assigned

·       Onboard and integrate security solutions using vendor tooling or custom scripting

·       Develop and maintain automation capabilities across security tools

·       Complete tasks for information security projects aligned with organizational goals

·       Implement enhancements, updates, and upgrades to existing security products to improve security posture

·       Develop operational metrics for the security program, including the use of Microsoft Office tools

·       Perform duties as needed to support assigned security projects and team requirements

·       1+ years of experience with no code/low code platforms such as Tines

·       1+ years of scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python

·       2+ years of System Administrator or Vulnerability Management experience

·       1+ year of networking experience

·       Familiarity with Armis, VIPR/Silk, Wiz, or Tanium (preferred)

·       Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

·       Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical abilities

·       Experience with vulnerability management systems and ticketing tools

·        Understanding or hands on experience with common IT platforms including Windows, Linux, MS SQL, SAP, Directory Services, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and others
