Job Title : Sr Telecom Engineer

Location: Broomfield, CO

Duration: Long term

Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2)

Required Skills & Experience:

-Experience in designing, implementing, and managing telecom systems, including Avaya, Cisco Call Manager,

Genesys, and other third-party voice and collaboration systems.

-Knowledge of telecom network architecture, protocols, and technologies Proficiency in troubleshooting and
resolving network issues in a timely manner.
-Expertise in implementing and optimizing telecom systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and
stakeholders.
-Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver telecom projects on time and within budget.
-Continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and best practices in telecom technology.
-Experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers in a telecom environment
-Demonstrated experience and success in leading and managing technology projects and teams, highlighting
practical leadership skills in lieu of formal education qualifications.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Five plus (5) + years of experience in healthcare applications and systems

Preferred Education:

-Bachelors in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

-Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Genesys certifications, or other related certifications in telecom
and networking.
-Contact Center design, Cloud systems and knowledge
