Lead Pega Engineer

Need thorough knowledge of Appeals and grievances and also preferably prior experience working in the application is mandate. Pega with hands-on experience in Pega with 8 to 7 plus years exp and 7 plus of Pega implementations and designing Pega apps. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of Pega including Pega PRPC version X platform experience and experience with process methodology, development methodologies Agile, SDLC, Iterative strongly preferred. The Senior Consultant should have experience in full PRPC implementation cycle. The ideal candidate must be able to enforce best practices in PEGA architecture design coding and have at least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment delivery. The Senior Consultant must be a confident problem solver and communicator with strong attention to detail. They must be resourceful, a demonstrated cross functional team player, able to take in new information, shift timelines and reassess processes, and experienced with high volume, mission critical applications. The Senior Consultant must also be able to work and communicate effectively with programmers and other IT staff and non-IT functional areas, as well as work independently and as a member of a team
