Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, dependencies, risks, and issues to support predictable delivery.
- Remove delivery blockers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and delivery metrics to stakeholders while promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, project management, or related roles.

Technical Skills
|
Agile/Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, Capacity Planning, Jira, Project Reporting, Risk & Issue Management, Agile Metrics

Business / Domain Skills
|

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting cross-functional software development teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with release planning, program-level coordination, and executive project reporting.
