The
Senior Director, Product Delivery for Nasdaq Governance Solutions serves as the strategic and operational nexus across business, product, and technology, driving delivery excellence and shaping the long-term evolution of the Nasdaq Boardvantage platform. In this capacity, you will steward the platform vision, ensure cohesive cross functional execution, and lead a high performing organization of Product Delivery Leads responsible for delivering high value, high visibility initiatives.
Acting as both a senior leader and platform owner, you provide the strategic clarity, governance discipline, and technical acumen required to guide complex, interdependent development efforts across global teams. You champion client-centric innovation, translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps, and create the operating conditions needed for teams to deliver with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. Through strong executive presence and stakeholder management, you influence decisions across the business, proactively articulate trade-offs, and ensure alignment around priorities that advance the strategic objectives of Nasdaq Governance Solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain a deep understanding of board governance workflows, director needs, and emerging trends (e.g., user-centered insights)
- Provide regular updates to leadership through business reviews, steering committees and cross-functional forums.
- Direct and develop a global team of PDLs responsible for customer delivery, launch readiness, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive consistency in delivery processes, artifacts, communication & expectations across regions.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, Governance Operations, and Program Management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure roadmap and delivery alignment & prioritization
- Lead end-to-end release governance, including release planning, readiness assessments, documentation, stakeholder communication, and rollout coordination.
- Assess, escalate and action mitigations to release schedule risks.
- Manage the product stability, availability, and performance of the platform in partnership with Technology teams.
- Define and improve operational processes, including change control, support workflows, and cross-functional delivery.
- Ensure process governance, including adherence to PDLC standards, audit/compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
- Define and maintain core KPIs and operational dashboards, such as platform stability metrics, release quality, defect trends, support volumes, customer adoption/usage, and delivery throughput.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for client-impacting issues in partnership with Support and Customer Success.
- Ensure seamless coordination among engineering, support, compliance, and business operations teams to resolve systemic blockers.
- Align delivery and platform decisions with broader NGS strategies, ensuring cohesion with adjacent initiatives such as integrated board offerings.
Required Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in Product, Platform Management, Governance/Compliance technology, SaaS delivery, or related fields.
- Significant experience leading global teams and managing large-scale, complex platforms.
- Proven success in release management, operational governance, and cross-functional leadership.
- Familiarity with product development life cycle models as well as strong knowledge of Agile to fit a project and business environment.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence with experience implementing within a product or within product development daily activities.
- Prior experience working in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum with enterprise-level application development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications - Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent).
This position will be located in
Boston or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at
least 3 days a week in-office , subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $244,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual boncommission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
