Position Overview

The Live Event / Live Streaming Production Technician is the go-to technical resource for live events and webcast productions. The role is responsible for planning, preparing, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting live streaming environments to ensure successful and reliable event delivery.

Required Skills & Knowledge

•            Hands-on experience with live streaming and webcast production.

•            Understanding of video/audio production workflows and live-event technologies.

•            Knowledge of streaming protocols such as HLS, DASH, RTMP, and RTSP.

•            Knowledge of video codecs, particularly H.264/AVC.

•            Experience with streaming servers, CDNs/eCDNs, and encoding technologies.

•            Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Live Events / Microsoft live-event platforms.

•            Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•            Ability to work effectively under pressure during live events.

•            Good communication and coordination skills.
