Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architectural decision-making, mentoring teams, and delivering cloud-native, modern solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead full-stack architecture for complex enterprise applications.
Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability across systems.
Define and enforce advanced security standards and API governance.
Lead development using Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
Develop and guide teams on modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or React.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models.
Collaborate with product, DevOps, security, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of overall IT experience in enterprise application development.
Strong expertise in Full-Stack Architecture Design.
Proven experience in performance tuning, optimization, and scalability.
Deep understanding of application security, API management, and governance.
Hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Strong experience with Angular and/or React frameworks.
Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture.
Solid experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
