Location: Seattle, WA

Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days per week

Experience: 10+ years in Quality Engineering and Testing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple applications, interfaces, and healthcare business domains.
• Define test strategy, scope, coverage, estimates, schedules, and release readiness criteria.
• Manage SIT, E2E(end to end), regression, and UAT testing activities.
• Oversee test execution, defect triage, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and release validation.
• Ensure requirements traceability, test data and environment readiness, and dependency management.
• Track quality metrics, defect leakage, testing progress, and release readiness.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and stakeholders; provide status reports and go/no-go recommendations.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering and Testing experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale E2E (end to end), testing programs.
• 5+ years of experience with the Facets healthcare system.
• Strong Healthcare Payer domain experience: Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Provider, Billing, Care Management, Prior Authorization, and EDI Transactions.
• Expertise in SIT, E2E (end to end),, regression, and UAT testing.
• Strong test planning, execution management, defect governance, and release validation skills.
• Experience with Jira, qTest, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and onshore/offshore coordination skills.

• TCoE governance, test automation, and shift-left testing.

• CMS, regulatory, compliance, and AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives.
