Job Title: RISES Salesforce Systems Analyst (Intermediate)

Location: Rhode Island (Hybrid/Onsite as applicable)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Role Overview

Seeking a Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration and IT Project Management experience to support an early childhood data system. The selected candidate will support system operations, implement enhancements, perform Salesforce configurations, coordinate testing and deployments, and develop Tableau reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and day-to-day operations of the platform.
• Partner with system administrators and external vendors.
• Lead and coordinate small system enhancement initiatives.
• Perform Salesforce administration and configuration activities.
• Support testing, release management, and production deployments.
• Develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and resolve application issues.
• Lead technical initiatives to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or IT Project Manager.
• Strong Salesforce Administration and Configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of application testing and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with State Government or Public Sector clients.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with data management and reporting systems.
• Experience supporting education, health, or human services applications.

Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Preferred)
• PMP or CAPM Certification (Nice to Have)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (Nice to Have)
