Pay Range: $50 - $55 hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, translating them into clear and actionable data specifications for handoff to data developers.
- Assess and document business data needs and work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Independently build upon, expand, and enhance existing Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Apply Tableau best practices to optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and visual clarity.
- Proactively make and execute enhancement suggestions to improve dashboard quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain thorough documentation of dashboard enhancements and data workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to business users on dashboard functionality and data interpretation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, data visualization, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development, optimization, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Experience working with data development teams to communicate requirements and resolve data issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in the asset management or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and related technologies.
