Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP GTS Consultant to support HANA upgrade and S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The consultant will play a critical role in analyzing upgrade impacts, remediating deprecated functionalities, ensuring compliance readiness, and driving end-to-end SAP GTS implementations in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze upgrade impact on SAP GTS processes and system interfaces.

• Remediate deprecated functionalities and align solutions with S/4HANA simplifications.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP GTS processes covering order creation through final payment.

• Ensure readiness of compliance checks and customs documentation processes.

• Define and execute cutover activities for the GTS workstream.

• Prepare and execute detailed test cases for foreign trade processes.

• Create test scenarios and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.

• Troubleshoot critical production issues and resolve SAP GTS defects.

• Analyze business requirements, gather inputs from stakeholders, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Provide user training and ongoing post-go-live support.

• Drive project activities in collaboration with business groups and stakeholders in an Agile development environment.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong specialization in SAP GTS.

• Deep functional knowledge of the SAP GTS module (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management).

• Hands-on experience in HANA upgrade and S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) for interface and integration handling.

• Strong expertise in foreign trade processes and customs documentation.

• Proven ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with stakeholders.

• Experience driving Agile projects and making informed decisions in dynamic environments.
