What We're Looking For - Registered PE in the State of Florida
- Minimum 10 related years of related Bridge design experience preferably in Florida.
- A minimum of a BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
- Experience in pursuing and managing multi-discipline projects, including projects with bridge replacement, new bridge alignment, or bridge rehabilitation.
- Client Relationships with FDOT District One, District Four, Districts Five, District Six, District Seven, and CFX.
- Ability to work in a team environment on related projects.
- Good oral and written communications skills, with a fluency in English.
What You'll Do - Lead and manage the planning, design, and delivery of bridge projects from concept through construction.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Prepare proposals and marketing presentations.
- Pursue and win projects with FDOT and local agency clients.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design standards.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for bridge designs.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
