Project Manager IV – Telecom/OSS-BSS
Location: Charlotte, NC | Denver, CO | St. Louis, MO
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Experience: 10+ Years
Certification: PMP Mandatory
Job Responsibilities:

Must have prior Charter Communications or Telecom industry experience, with strong OSS/BSS telecom domain knowledge.

Manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in telecom projects, coordinating with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and vendor teams.

Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and issue resolution.

Track milestones and project status using Jira/Nexus.

Prepare executive status reports and manage stakeholder communications.

Utilize MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project planning and reporting.
Mandatory Requirements: PMP certification, 10+ years of project management experience, strong telecom OSS/BSS domain expertise, and excellent technical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Previous Charter Communications experience.
