Position Overview :

Are you an experienced competitive intelligence professional with a proven track record of implementing and operating advanced Competitive Intelligence (CI) platforms? Client is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Manager to lead the enablement and management of the Crayon CI platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform, transforming fragmented market signals and direct buyer feedback into actionable strategic advantages. This pivotal role is responsible for deploying and scaling these platforms across the enterprise to inform our growth strategy by improving win rates, optimizing product roadmaps, and enhancing go-to-market strategies. The CI Manager will act as the Center of Excellence lead for Crayon and Clozd, overseeing their successful integration with commercial systems like Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong, and driving adoption across sales, product, and marketing teams.

 

Key Accountabilities

● Lead the end-to-end management, operation, and optimization of the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform across all client business units.

● Drive cross-functional enablement and adoption of both platforms, serving as the internal subject matter expert for all Crayon and Clozd features and use cases.

● Oversee the integration roadmaps for Crayon and Clozd with key systems, including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, People.ai/Backstory, and Google Workspace . Partner with IT to execute on the roadmap. ● Manage the execution of the Clozd Win-Loss program by defining interview guides, setting up automated Salesforce data workflows (including custom fields and multiple opportunity contacts), and refining outreach criteria for net new and renewing customers.

● Manage Crayon competitive intelligence content, including developing and publishing dynamically updated battlecards and competitive boards.

● Leverage Crayon''s AI capabilities (Sparks) for advanced competitive analysis (e.g., SWOT, product matrices) and Clozd''s AI (Ask Clozd) for instant insights into buyer feedback.

● Define and monitor platform success metrics (e.g., seller login rates, win rate improvement, influenced revenue) and develop ongoing training plans based on usage gaps.

 

Qualifications

● BA/BS in business, marketing, or a related analytical field.

● 5+ years of progressive experience in CI, market intelligence, or platform management within a complex B2B enterprise.

 

Required Experience:

Deep experience with the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform.

● Strong technical project management skills, specifically managing relationship with IT function for integrations between CI/Win-Loss platforms and CRM/Sales Enablement systems (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Gong).

● Proven ability to leverage AI/NLU tools within CI/Win-Loss platforms for actionable insights (e.g., Crayon''s Sparks, Clozd AI).
