Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Westlake, TX.

Duties Include:
* Provide consultation and recommendation to improve measurement and analytics practices for Personalization
* Develop domain knowledge to support our client facing associates and clients directly in matters around Personalization

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with exposure to IT and business partners
* Understanding of A/B/N testing framework across multiple digital websites and apps to enhance customer experience
* In depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including: profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis and campaign measurement
* Ability to do data driven deep dive analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for Digital and Non-Digital experiences and identifying appropriate success metrics (Call-to-Action)
* Hands-on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Adobe Analytics
* Strong working knowledge of relational databases including experience with web interaction data
* Solid understanding of A/B/N testing techniques, Design of Experiments, Measurement and Recommendations
* Good understanding of AI/ML and predictive model outputs
* Experience aligning and working across various business units and channels in a consultative manner
* Experience in creative, cross-functional collaboration and development activities
* Healthcare domain experience
* Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and outcomes in a simple and clear way
* Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
