Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The candidate must be willing to work onsite and attend an in-person interview in either Dallas, TX or Hartford, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages
Work with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Perform data migration and data management activities
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong experience with:

Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce and Aura Framework

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
