Role Description
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and map business processes, design and develop scalable solutions using Oracle Fusion tools, and ensure high-quality delivery through proper documentation and testing. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
Design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business processes.
Create detailed technical and functional design documents.
Perform unit testing and validate end-to-end business flows.
Diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
Provide high-quality customer service support and drive issues to complete resolution.
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users, explaining complex concepts clearly.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:-
6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Strong expertise in HCM modules, including:
Core HR
Payroll
Compensation
Benefits
Time & Labor
Talent Management
Absence Management
Exposure to Redwood UI rollouts is preferred.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to technical teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt and execute action plans effectively.
