Summary

Position: Java Developer

Location: Milan, IL (Onsite from day1)

Duration: Long term

Must be local to attend F2F Interview.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting Host Communications / News-Feed applications.

· Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

· Develop scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

· Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices across all code deliverables.

· Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement of backend applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high‑performing software.

· Build solutions that align with internal best practices and modern engineering standards.

Required Skills

· Java (strong proficiency required)

· Spring Boot

· REST API development

· Hands-on AWS experience

· TDD (Test Driven Development)

· Experience working in agile environments

· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

· AWS Certification

· Python (preferred but not required)

· Agentic AI Workflows

· Spring Data

· Redis

· Experience with NoSQL technologies

· Background developing cloud-native microservices

· Familiarity with scalable event-driven architectures
