Required experience and qualifications
6 10 years of Salesforce experience across development and administration
Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder
Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus
