Background

Our organization is undergoing a major business transformation program aimed at delivering best-in-class, user-centric digital solutions to manage operations as efficiently as possible. At the center of this initiative is the future enterprise landscape, built on SAP S/4HANA as the core technology. This approach will replace outdated local and regional SAP systems and create harmonized processes across the enterprise. By following a global template approach within SAP, core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized, and scalable.

Main Function

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator ensures that all OCM aspects of the deployment are considered, understood, and executed. This role is responsible for adopting the OCM deployment toolkit and completing all deliverables. The OCM Coordinator works closely with the global OCM team and serves as a member of the local deployment team, supporting local/site deployment leads, functional leaders, and impacted employees in managing and leading through change.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Oversee all OCM, communication, and training activities
Manage local stakeholder assessment and impact analysis
Conduct organizational impact analysis and develop change plans
Coordinate stakeholder-specific activities with communications and training teams
Ensure local resources are in place to manage OCM activities
Act as hands-on resource to execute OCM activities at the local level
Execute activities from OCM plans to ensure organizational readiness
Utilize OCM plans and templates provided in the deployment toolkit or local equivalent
Support organizational alignment and workforce transition as required
Monitor status regularly and provide feedback to the global OCM team
Ensure completion of all deliverables within the toolkit

Qualifications

Bachelor s or master s degree
Background in Project Management, IT, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
Experience in Organizational Change Management
Proven track record in leading or playing a significant role in large-scale, cross-functional projects
Familiarity with cultural aspects and business practices of the region/location
PROSCI Practitioner Certificate or equivalent preferred
Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Stakeholder management experience in a large corporate environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
Ability to deliver solutions through networks of communities or change agents

Nice to Have

Experience with large IT Service Management projects
SAP and S/4HANA experience
