Job Description
- Own end to end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow, ensuring functional needs are met through scalable, compliant solutions aligned to the Golden Instance architecture
- Oversee solution design for specific ESM capabilities or functional waves (e.g. Finance, Procurement, IT)
- Review and validate the design coming from System Integrators and ensure design integrity
- Ensure consistent design patterns across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc. as they onboard to the Golden Instance
- Ensure designs align to ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and reuse shared platform components
- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews, bringing forward solution designs and trade offs
- Identify where functional needs require architecture decisions or exceptions, escalating appropriately
- Partner closely with Development, Integration, and Testing Leads to clarify design intent and resolve design time issues
- Validate that delivered solutions match approved designs and meet functional intent
