Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead ServiceNow Data Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract to hire opportunity. This role involves leading complex initiatives in software engineering, focusing on multiple areas of reporting and analytics on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and run tooling to address data and application challenges, working on modules including Vulnerability Remediation, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Responsibilities: - Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as a key participant in large-scale software planning
- Design, develop, and run tooling to address problems in data and applications and report issues to engineering and product leadership
- Review and analyze complex software enhancement initiatives for business, operational, or technical improvements
- Make decisions in complex data engineering situations requiring an understanding of software package options, programming languages, and compliance requirements
- Strategically collaborate and consult with internal partners to resolve high-risk data engineering challenges
Requirements: - 6+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
- 5+ years of Software or Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Desired skills: - 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Catalog
- 3+ years of experience with Workspace and/or Portal development on ServiceNow
- Experience in a large financial services or regulated environment
Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
