"Proven experience (10+ years) as an Appian Developer, experience with Architecture and designing, or similar role.

An Automation Project Manager is responsible for managing the development and deployment of automation solutions across various technologies and geographies for clients. They identify client requirements, collaborate with delivery project managers to finalize use cases, and work with automation architects to devise automation strategies and plan. The Project Manager coordinates with all stakeholders (business, IT, operations and development teams) to ensure smooth delivery. They should possess expertise in AI/GENAI, different automation solutions like IT/AI Operations, business process automation, digital workers, Agent/user assist, robotic process automation tools like BluePrism, UiPath, *** RPA, Powerautomate, Automation Anywhere and should be well versed with Cloud-based, collaborative delivery platforms (e.g., IDCP) that digitizes end to end delivery workflow. A project manager should also be acquainted with *** Consulting Advantage, an AI services platform consisting of reusable methods (Methodx), assets, and assistants to deliver consistency, repeatability, and time to value for clients. Ultimate goal is to deliver a successful automation project meeting project KPIs and high customer satisfaction (NPS)
