Sr. Product Manager

An IT Product Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing technology products throughout their lifecycle. They work closely with engineering, design, business, and stakeholders to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements

• Work with engineering teams to deliver features on time

• Coordinate with UX/UI designers for product usability

• Communicate product updates to stakeholders

• Analyze product performance and user feedback

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Required Skills

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product management or IT-related role (varies by level)

• Relevant certifications (optional but beneficial), such as:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

  • PMI-ACP
